Kiwimaps range of New Zealand street and road maps

Kiwimap's road maps are produced in a range of four brands, each brand serves a specific market with price breaks offering you a map for every occasion. Below is a brief overview of the four brands of our maps.

Economical and compact New Zealand maps

The original and classic, pocket-size Kiwimap. Minimaps are a range of economical, compact maps that fold to a convenient size suitable for the pocket or purse. Minimaps often include enlargements of the main cities and town centres and may feature detailed district maps relevant to the region being covered. City and township roads and streets are fully indexed. Minimap sheet-maps, despite their compact size, offer exceptional value for money considering the extent of the information contained on a product retailing around the same price as a hamburger!

There are also a number of book-maps in the Minimap range offering the same advantages of the sheet-map with the additional coverage and convenience of a book.

Compact metropolitan maps of Auckland, Wellington and Christchurch.

Metromaps retain the same style and features as the Minimaps. Each Metromap covers the entire metropolitan area of the relevant city on one sheet map. For example, the Auckland Complete Metromap covers Auckland from Long Bay to Drury including the Western and Easter Suburbs. Metromaps are only available for Auckland, Wellington and Christchurch.

Our premium range of detailed street maps

Kiwimaps ‘premium’ map range. Pathfinder sheet & book-maps are high quality, full colour detailed street maps offering users a large scale, easy to read, accurate product. These maps are extremely detailed, being suitable for users requiring a larger map featuring extra information including: schools, parks, post shops, police stations, inner-city enlargements, detailed motorways, traffic lights, roundabouts, hospitals, medical centres, and tourist information.

Pathfinder sheet-maps make excellent wall maps for the home or business. Pathfinder maps have a comprehensive detailed index for the user’s convenience.

Pathfinder maps also come in a range of award winning book-maps covering all major cities and towns plus the North & South Island Complete Drivers Atlases covering our rural road network – both books are unrivalled in New Zealand.

And while the Pathfinder range is our ‘top of the line’ they are still surprisingly cost effective.

A Large print map for those without 20/20 vision!

For all users of our Pathfinder book-maps of Auckland, Wellington and Christchurch that like the existing book but wish it
had even larger print, you’ll love the new Megamap range.

With the core city pages enlarged to a scale of 1:20,000 and the maps styled for clarity so they are even easier to read,
the Megamap range is ideal for anyone desiring a larger Kiwimap or users without 20/20 vision!

The range contains all the style and features you have come to expect from Kiwimaps, with regional towns and district maps
relevant to the feature city. In addition we have increased the size of the map index text.

While larger than our existing range, the finished size of approximately 305 x 230 mm (plus binding) is still manageable within
your vehicle. Each book is wiro bound for ease of use and fully indexed.
